Change is not a linear process.
Coaching helps us pause, make sense of what matters and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Whether you're navigating a transition, facing an important decision, building confidence in a new role or simply feeling stuck, coaching provides a structured space to think, learn and act.
My coaching engagements are intentionally designed as short, focused sprints that combine reflection, experimentation and practical action. Together, we explore meaningful questions, experiment with new possibilities and develop practices that support lasting change.
What is a coaching sprint?
A coaching sprint is a focused period of coaching designed to build momentum around a specific goal or to develop a new way of thinking, relating or acting. Sprints can be taken by individuals alone or adapted for teams who want to strengthen relationships, navigate change and build new ways of working together.
Unlike open-ended coaching engagements, sprints are intentionally time bound. They create enough structure to support meaningful progress while encouraging ownership and independence.
Why I coach in sprints.
Many coaching programs are structured as long-term relationships that continue for months. While that approach can be valuable, I've found that shorter, more focused and seasonal coaching cycles help people build momentum, ownership and practical habits they can sustain on their own.
As a coach, my role is not to become a permanent fixture in your life. It is to help you develop confidence in your own strengths and discover sustainable practices that support your growth. In short, I design coaching engagements to strengthen ownership rather than reliance.
How Long is a sprint?
The Starting Blocks (3 Weeks)
This three-week sprint is designed for people who want greater self-awareness, new insights or clearer direction. It typically includes assessment tools that provide an external focus for reflection.
The Dash (5 Weeks)
A five-week “Dash” is designed for people who want focused support around a specific challenge, opportunity or leadership practice. The emphasis is on building momentum through experimentation, reflection and action.
The Full Sprint (7 Weeks)
The full seven-week sprint involves a deeper coaching experience that combines reflection, experimentation, practice and accountability to support meaningful and sustainable change.
Nature works in seasons.
Learning works in cycles.
My coaching is designed the same way.

Got Questions?
-
While these approaches can overlap, they serve different purposes.
Therapy often focuses on healing, recovery and understanding the impact of past experiences. Consultants provide expertise, recommendations and solutions to specific challenges. Mentors draw on their own experience to offer guidance and advice.
Coaching is different.
As a coach, I don't assume that I have the answers to your questions. Instead, I help you think more clearly, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities and take meaningful action.
At times I may share relevant models, tools, observations or lessons from my own experience. But my primary role is not to direct your choices. It is to help you make choices that are aligned with your own values, strengths and aspirations.
The goal is not to tell you what to do. The goal is to help you develop the confidence and capability to navigate future challenges long after our work together has ended.
-
Coaching is for people who are willing to be curious, honest and intentional about their growth. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Some clients arrive with a clear goal. Others simply have a sense that something needs to change and are looking for a partner to help them explore what that is.
Coaching can be particularly valuable during periods of transition, uncertainty, growth, leadership development, career change or when facing an important decision.
-
Every coaching engagement is different, but most include a combination of conversation, reflection, experimentation, feedback and practical action.
Together we explore the questions, assumptions, habits, and patterns that may be helping or hindering your progress.
Between conversations, I encourage clients to try small experiments, develop reflective practices, and pay attention to what they are learning in real life. Coaching happens during our conversations, but much of the growth happens between them.
-
Coaching is not about fixing people. It is about helping people see more clearly, act more intentionally and develop practices that support the future they want to create.
While every client is different, common outcomes include greater self-awareness, increased confidence, improved decision-making, stronger relationships, clearer priorities and greater follow-through on commitments.
The most meaningful results often emerge not from a single insight, but from the consistent practice of small changes over time.
Let’s Connect!
My coaching practice is grounded in curiosity, compassion and honest conversation. I strive to create a space where people can be themselves, think clearly and experiment without judgment.
I work best as a thinking partner, someone who helps you see patterns and translate insights into sustainable behaviors that fit your real life and work.
I show up:
Curious and prepared. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. I am genuinely interested in how you think, decide, and move through the world. We’ll pay attention to your strengths, constraints and energy to design approaches that work for you, not just in theory.
Strategic, but human-scaled. I’m good at seeing the big picture and creating paths forward that are practical, sustainable and aligned with your values.
We’ll spend time:
slowing things down just enough to see clearly
naming assumptions or patterns that may be helping and hindering you
experimenting with small, intentional shifts rather than dramatic overhauls
building clarity, confidence and capacity — not dependence
If this sounds like the support you’ve been looking for, I’d love to connect.
